How HomeHero limits personal data by design

• Other users only see your first name, profile photo, approximate area, reviews and verification badges.
• Your email, phone number, surname and exact address are never shown to other users. The address is shared only with the Hero you book, after payment.
• Address suggestions while you type are powered by OpenStreetMap data via the Photon geocoder; we look them up on our own server, so your device never contacts a third party for them.
• Photos are re-encoded on upload, which removes location (GPS) and device data.
• Verification documents are visible only to you and HomeHero staff.
• Card details are handled by Stripe; HomeHero never stores full card numbers.
• You can delete your account from Login & security.
