What does HomeHero cost?
Signing up and posting is free; a service fee applies when a job is booked, depending on the price.
Creating an account, posting tasks and sending offers is free. HomeHero only charges a fee when a job is booked and paid through the platform.
How the fees work
- Customers pay a small service fee on top of the job price. It is shown before you pay.
- Heroes pay a fee that is deducted automatically from the payout.
- The percentage depends on the job price. Larger jobs have lower fees.

All amounts are in EUR. For jobs above €5,000 there is no customer service fee, and the Hero pays a fixed fee agreed with HomeHero in advance.

Cancellation fee
If a booking is cancelled before the job is completed, a cancellation fee of 10% of the job price, max €20 may apply. See Cancellation and refunds.
