When do I get paid?

The customer pays when they book you, and HomeHero holds the money until the job is done. This means you know the money is there before you start.

When is the payment released?

• After you finish, mark the job as completed on the order page.
• The customer can approve the job straight away.
• If they don't respond, the payment is released automatically after 7 days.
• If the customer reports a problem, the payment stays on hold until it's resolved. See Disputes.

When does the money arrive?

Payouts are sent automatically once the payment is released. It usually takes 2–7 business days for the money to reach your account, depending on your bank.

How much do I receive?

The agreed job price minus the HomeHero fee, which is deducted automatically. Any cancellation fees you owe are also deducted from future payouts. See Service fees.

Keeping track

You can follow every payout in the Economy menu under Payouts. If a payout hasn't arrived after 7 business days, check that your bank details are correct and contact contact@globalmanagedproperties.
