Customer mode and Hero mode on your phone
On a phone, HomeHero has two simple modes: one for getting things done at home, one for finding work as a Hero.
On your phone, HomeHero works like two simple apps in one. You always see which one you're in.
Customer mode (light)
For getting help at home. The tabs at the bottom are Explore (describe a task or pick a category), My tasks, Messages and Profile.
Hero mode (dark, with a "HERO" badge)
For finding work. The tabs are Find work (open tasks near you, with a Make an offer button), My offers, Messages and Earnings. At the top you see your open offers, active jobs and what you earned this month.
Switching
Tap Switch to Hero mode or Switch to customer mode on the home screen, or use the button at the top of Profile. It's the same account — your tasks, offers, messages and payments stay where they are. HomeHero remembers the mode you chose, also on your other devices.
