How does HomeHero work?

Every marketplace task follows the same simple path.

1. Post your task

Tell us what you need, where and when. It takes under two minutes and costs nothing. See How do I post a task?

2. Receive offers

Heroes nearby get an alert and can send you an offer with a total price and a short message. If they need more details, they write to you in a private message on your task.

3. Accept and pay

When you accept an offer you pay by card. HomeHero holds the money; the Hero does not receive it yet. A private chat opens so you can arrange the details, and the Hero receives your exact address.

4. The job gets done

When the Hero marks the job as completed, you have 7 days to approve it or report a problem. If you do nothing, the payment is released automatically.

5. Review each other

After a completed and paid job, you and the Hero can leave a review for each other.
