Can I be both a Customer and a Hero?
Yes, one account works for both roles and you can switch whenever you like.
Yes. You only need one HomeHero account, whether you want to book help, offer your services, or both.
How to switch
Open the menu and select the For Heroes tab to switch to your Hero view. From there you can browse tasks, send offers and manage your payouts. Switch back the same way to see the tasks you have posted as a customer.
What stays the same
- Your login, profile name and photo
- Your notification and security settings
- Your reviews, which are shown for the role they were given in
Before you start working as a Hero
To get paid, you need to set up payouts, which includes a short identity check. If you plan to take on trades that require insurance or an authorisation, upload your documents too. These guides help:
