How do I post a task?

Posting a task is free and takes less than two minutes. Go to Post a task and fill in the following:

What you need

Choose a category and describe the job. Be specific: room sizes, number of items, materials, access (stairs, lift, parking) and anything the Hero should bring. The clearer the description, the more accurate the offers.

Where

Enter your postal code or town. Your exact address is not shown on the task. Heroes only see an approximate area, and the booked Hero receives your address after payment. Suggestions appear as you type (OpenStreetMap data via Photon); picking one is optional.

When

Pick a date or a time frame, or say that you're flexible. Flexible tasks often get more offers.

Budget (optional)

We suggest an instant price estimate based on similar tasks. You can use it, adjust it or leave the budget empty.

Photos (optional)

Photos help Heroes understand the job and price it correctly. Avoid showing house numbers, documents or other personal details.

When you publish the task, Heroes nearby get an alert. Don't include phone numbers, emails or links; they are blocked automatically. See Communication rules.
