How is the Premium price calculated?

You get an instant fixed quote based on the size of your home, the number of units and any extras.

Premium prices are calculated instantly on the Premium page. There are no offers to wait for and no surprises afterwards.

What the price is based on

Depending on the service, the quote is based on:

  • size, for example the area of your home
  • units, for example the number of AC units, windows or pieces of furniture
  • extras you add, for example inside the oven or inside cupboards

Change any of these and the price updates immediately.

What's included

The price you see is the total. There's no HomeHero service fee on Premium bookings, and no extra charges are added on the day.

Subscription discounts

If you book a recurring plan, the discount is applied directly to the quote: 15% for weekly, 10% for every 2 weeks and 5% for monthly plans. See Subscriptions.

Get the details right

Please give accurate information about the size and units. If what we find on site is very different from the booking, we'll contact you before doing anything beyond what was booked.
