What is HomeHero Premium?

HomeHero Premium is the simplest way to book selected cleaning and maintenance services. Instead of posting a task and comparing offers, you get a fixed price instantly and book in a few clicks.

How Premium differs from marketplace tasks

• HomeHero's own staff do the work, so HomeHero is your contractor.
• Instant fixed quote: see the price straight away based on your home and the extras you choose.
• No service fee: the quoted price is the total.
• Quality guarantee: if something isn't right, we come back and fix it. See Premium quality guarantee.
• Subscriptions: book recurring cleaning or maintenance with a discount. See Subscriptions.

When to choose Premium

• You want a fixed price and a fast booking.
• You need regular cleaning, for example for a rental property.
• You prefer one company to be responsible for the result.

When to use the marketplace

For jobs Premium doesn't cover, such as handyman work, moving, painting or flooring, post a task and get offers from Heroes.
