Install the HomeHero app and turn on push notifications

HomeHero works like an app on your phone — no app store needed. Add it to your home screen to open your tasks, offers and messages in one tap.

Add HomeHero to your home screen

• Android (Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet): tap Install on the card at the bottom of the page, or open the browser menu and choose Install app / Add to Home screen.
• iPhone and iPad (Safari): tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
• Computer (Chrome or Edge): click the install icon in the address bar.

Turn on push notifications

• Go to Notification settings.
• Switch on Push notifications on this device and allow notifications when your browser asks.
• Tap Send a test notification to check it works.

Push notifications are set per device, so turn them on for each phone or computer you use. On iPhone and iPad they work once HomeHero has been added to your home screen (iOS 16.4 or later) — open HomeHero from the home screen icon and switch them on there.

Notifications are blocked?

If you blocked notifications earlier, allow them again in your browser's site settings for HomeHero, then reload the notification settings page.

Signing out

When you sign out, push notifications are turned off on that device so the next person using it doesn't see your updates.
