How do invites and referral credit work?

Know someone who needs help at home, or who would make a great Hero? Invite them to HomeHero — you both get credit.

How it works

• Go to Invite a friend and copy your personal invite link.
• Your friend signs up through your link and gets €10 HomeHero credit straight away.
• When your friend's first booking is completed (the job is approved), you get €10 credit.

You can follow your invites, rewards and credit history on the Invite a friend page.

Using your credit

• Credit is taken off your next booking automatically at checkout. You'll see a box "Use my credit" that is ticked by default — untick it if you'd rather save it.
• Credit works on offers you accept, services you book directly and one-off Premium bookings.
• A booking always costs at least €0.50, so a small part may be left to pay by card.
• If a booking paid partly with credit is cancelled or fully refunded, the credit goes back to your balance.

Good to know

• Credit has no cash value, can't be paid out or transferred, and is funded by HomeHero — your Hero still gets their full price.
• You get one reward per friend, for their first completed booking.
• Your friend must be at least 18 and new to HomeHero. Creating accounts for yourself to collect credit isn't allowed, and we may remove credit that was earned that way.
• Please only share your link with people who'd like to hear about HomeHero. Don't post it in task descriptions, offers or messages on HomeHero; links there are blocked automatically.
