How do I change my password or connected logins?

You can manage how you log in to HomeHero in Login & security.

Change your password

Enter your current password and choose a new one. Use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else.

Connected logins

You can connect or disconnect Google, Apple and Facebook as ways to log in. If you disconnect a login, make sure you still have another way to get into your account, for example a password.

Keeping your account safe

• Never share your password or login codes with anyone.
• HomeHero will never ask for your password, by email, chat or phone.
• Log out on shared or public devices.
• Be wary of messages with links asking you to log in.

Think someone else has access?

• Change your password immediately.
• Check your connected logins and remove any you don't recognise.
• Review your recent messages, tasks and Payment history.
