Where can I see my payments and receipts?

You can find an overview of everything you've paid on HomeHero in Payment history.

What you'll find there

• Payments for accepted offers and Premium bookings
• Subscription charges for each billing period
• Service fees
• Refunds, including partial refunds and cancellation fees
• The status of each payment, for example held, released or refunded

Receipts

Every paid booking has a PDF receipt with its own receipt number. Click Receipt (PDF) next to a payment, or Download receipt on the booking page. See Receipts and VAT.

For Heroes

Your earnings and payouts are listed under Earnings, where you can also download a monthly statement (PDF), and your payout account under Payouts. There you can see the job price, the HomeHero fee deducted and the amount sent to your bank. As an independent provider you're responsible for your own bookkeeping, taxes and VAT, so we recommend keeping these records.

Something doesn't look right?

If you see a charge you don't recognise, check whether it belongs to a subscription or a cancellation. If it's still unclear, contact contact@globalmanagedproperties with the date and amount.
