How do I use a promo code?

Got a promo code from HomeHero? You can use it when you book.

Using a code

• Accept an offer, book a service directly or book a one-off Premium visit.
• Enter the code in Promo code and press Apply to check it. You'll see the discount before you pay.
• Continue to payment. The discount is shown in Stripe's checkout and on your receipt.

Why a code might not work

• Not valid / expired / not active yet — check the spelling and the dates.
• Already used — most codes can be used once per customer.
• First booking only — some codes are only for your very first booking.
• Minimum booking — some codes need a booking of a certain amount (job price plus service fee).
• Fully used — a code can have a limited number of uses.

Good to know

• A code is only counted as used when your payment is confirmed. If the booking is later cancelled or refunded in full, you can use the code again.
• Discounts are funded by HomeHero; your Hero still gets their full price.
• A booking always costs at least €0.50.
• Codes can be combined with your HomeHero credit, but not with each other — one code per booking.
• Codes don't apply to Premium subscriptions.
