How do I report illegal content or appeal a decision?

Anyone can report a task, profile, service, review or message they think is illegal or breaks our rules — signed in or not.

Reporting

• Use the Report button next to the content, or the report form.
• Paste the link, explain what's wrong and (except for child abuse material) give your name and email.

We confirm by email with a private link to follow your report, and tell you our decision.

If we take action against your content or account

You get an email explaining what we decided, why (which law or which rule in our Terms), the facts we relied on and how we decided.

Appealing

Use the link in our email within six months to ask for a review. A person looks at it again and tells you the outcome. You can also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court. More: Reports & moderation.
