How do I set up payouts?

Before you can receive money for your jobs, you need to set up payouts. It only takes a few minutes.

Step by step

• Switch to your Hero view via the For Heroes tab.
• Open the Economy menu and go to Payouts.
• Follow the steps to connect with Stripe, our payment provider.
• Confirm your identity and add your bank details.

Why does Stripe verify my identity?

Payment providers are required by law to know who they are sending money to. Stripe checks your identity and bank details securely; HomeHero doesn't store your ID documents.

Good to know

• Use a bank account in your own name or your company's name.
• If the check needs more information, you'll see a message in the payouts section. Payouts are paused until it's complete.
• You can send offers before payouts are set up, but we recommend completing it first so nothing delays your money.
