Most people on HomeHero are here to get good work done. A few simple habits keep you safe from the rest.

Warning signs

• Someone asks you to pay by bank transfer, payment link or cash.
• Someone asks for a photo of your ID, your card details or a login code.
• Someone tries to move the conversation to another app or phone.
• A message claims to be from HomeHero and asks for your password. We never ask for your password.
• An offer is far below every other offer, combined with pressure to decide quickly.

Golden rules

• Never send money or ID outside the app.
• Keep all messages on HomeHero.
• Only book and pay through the platform.

• messages

Tell us briefly what happened. Reports are reviewed by our team.
