How do I download or correct my data?

Download a copy of everything we hold about you in Privacy & data, and edit most details yourself.

You can see and take your data with you at any time.

Download my data

The ZIP has a data.json file with everything we hold about you (profile, tasks, offers, bookings and payments, messages, reviews, notifications, settings and your activity log) and a files folder with the photos and documents you uploaded. JSON is a standard format other services can import.

Correct your data

Most details can be edited yourself: name, photo and town in Account settings; email, phone and password in Login & security; Heroes' profile in My profile and business details in Business & tax details. For anything else, use the privacy request form.

Can't sign in?

Use the privacy request form. We answer within one month and may ask you to confirm it's really you.
