How do I approve a completed job?

When the Hero marks the job as done, approve it on the order page or report a problem.

When your Hero has finished, they mark the job as completed. You get a notification and can open the order from My tasks.

Your options

Approve the job if everything was done as agreed. The payment is released to the Hero and you can leave a review.
Report a problem if something isn't right. The payment stays on hold while you and the Hero look for a solution. See How do I report a problem with a job?

If you do nothing

You have 7 days after the job is marked as completed. If you neither approve nor report a problem within that time, the payment is released automatically. You can approve earlier at any time.

Before you approve

Take a proper look at the work. If possible, check it while the Hero is still there so small things can be fixed on the spot.

Approving releases the payment, but it doesn't remove any other legal rights you may have. Remember to leave a review afterwards; it helps other customers and rewards good Heroes.
