How do I choose the right Hero?

The cheapest offer isn't always the best value. A few minutes of comparison usually pays off.

What to look at

• Reviews: read what previous customers wrote, especially about similar jobs. Reviews can only be left after a completed and paid job, so they come from real bookings.
• Badges: "Insurance verified" means our team has checked the Hero's proof of insurance. "Authorised" means we have checked a trade authorisation, such as an electrician or plumbing licence.
• The offer message: does it explain what's included, such as materials, travel and clean-up?
• Profile: experience, skills and the kind of jobs the Hero usually takes on.
