- How do offers work?Heroes send a total price and a message, and only you can see the offer amounts.
- How do I choose the right Hero?Compare reviews, badges, profile details and what each offer includes, not just the price.
- What happens when I accept an offer?You pay by card, HomeHero holds the money, and a private chat opens with your Hero.
- How do I approve a completed job?When the Hero marks the job as done, approve it on the order page or report a problem.
- How do messages and counter-offers on a task work?Before booking, you and each Hero talk in a private thread on the task — and you can suggest another price.
- Can I send photos in the chat?Yes. Attach up to 4 photos per message in the private chat of a booking. Only the two of you can see them.
